I’ve been developing teams for over a decade, and I have a proven track record of building learning and development, change management, and professional coaching programs that bring about business results.

As a learning and development professional and Prosci-certified change management consultant, I’ve created successful pathways for employees at all levels and business goals across organizations. I have saved an organization $10 million annually in attrition and retaining costs, mentored entry-level employees into management positions, and built and maintained hundreds of training programs covering technical and soft skills.

When I’m not working on improving teams, you can find me raising two preschoolers, sweating at the Crossfit gym, daydreaming about my past professional ballet days, and finding the best takeaway restaurants Ann Arbor, Michigan, has to offer.
